Leverage ERGs Across The Organization Create a sense of community in a global format Spotlight people, functionalities, and the work they are doing Connect employees to the purpose, to the organization and why they’re doing what they’re doing Find ways to be authentic and connect people together. “This is where the conscious intentionality around inclusion has to take place, in terms of the mindset, but also doing the work necessary to move the needle, which means a line. As well as understanding the resources necessary and a dedication around it.
